Android Motorola Moto E specs leaked ahead of launch

The no front camera may be deal breaker for some. Not all for sure. I use FaceTime a lot on my iPhone hence I do have use of front camera.
Nevertheless excellent pricing for a pretty good phone.

The front camera is a rarely used feature for guys. (Well, I have seen some girls use it as a mirror :p )
And with that price, if the battery last a day, there's hardly room for complain.

Iphone costs atleast 3 times its cost. Front camera is a luxury at this price.

And people who facetime buy iphones.

I use FT because the other person also has iPhone. Else one can use skype and such as well. My point was that whoever does video calls, for them it is a deal breaker.

Well the price of this is Rs. 7k :p and they have the "G" for that.

The price will really kill the " indian" origin brands using mediatek dual core chips in this range and still run on android 4.2!

This seriously is one awesome phone at the price and covers all the basics pretty well.

Motorola adds LTE to its mid-range Moto G handset
Additional Features:
  • LTE
  • SD card slot

The unlocked handset is priced at £149 in the UK and $219 in the US with a choice of black or white bodies -- and both should be hitting retailers in the next few weeks.

This phone is another prime examples of what Google could have achieved with Motorola. if he can work with the latest Android software at 7000.00 when many phones are selling at 10-20 k range with JB, what more an Aam Aadmi requires.

Sadly, this could probably be the last such revolutionary offering.

You know I was thinking the same but all the reports suggest that Google did not interfere with Motorola mobile division. So if Lenovo dont make dramatic changes, Moto can do well in emerging markets.

Was in a dilemma whether I should order it or not as I want a Lumia 730 which is not even announced yet. Finally placed the ordered before it went out of stock. I'll use it as an android sandbox till the 730 comes :)
