Android Move Apps to SD in Jelly Bean 4.2.2 without rooting?

I need a Dual Sim phone hence thinking about it.

Why the dual sim ?

2g voice & 3g data, why have different providers ? or is it voice from different providers. If mega is dual active

or is it for travelling like terry ? one sim for home and the other when abroad.

These days I even watch 720p or 1080p movies on it ..... as I am now based in Malaysia (and miss my home 47" lol). I have a 64GB SDXC card installed.Pictures/Image quality is mind-blowing..

Thanks for answering but is Watching 1080p possible on this mobile possible? Doesn't it lag while playing? Have you flashed the new firmware which allows to move the apps to SDCard?
@blr_p, Dual sim Phone is because using 2 different sim for Voice calls, it's the way they (my elders) like

Great price. You must have tested 1080p by now ..... I play content from yify only (lowest compression & size.... rarely exceeding 2GB and amazing quality)

I have not check the move apps although I have updated the firmware
