Budget 51-70k MSI gaming laptop. How good or bad?

Not even BPO. Even well known companies either get Mac for developers or it's DELL. Nothing else. Dell's support is outstanding, the problem is reviews on the internet are skewed. People do complain about bad experiences. The ones who got everything fixed flawlessly usually don't take out time to write a review about it.

Yep, only mentioned BPO because that's the only experience I have. IT support was amazing, Dell don't really market themselves as much anymore because of (I assume) the large market they're already serving.
