MTNL Delhi 3G connecting but not opening

The 3g connection is connecting but whenever a website tries to open, it tries to download a file .php or txt
Was working fine yesterday morning but from the evening this problem started. Anyone has and idea?
Have tried different browser but same thing.
 
Try taking the sim out, using on phone for 1 hr. then put the sim card back on.. it might help sometimes
