Damnnn , im on the same plan. Hopefully, something like this happens.
 
I think mtnl delhi has some within 500m range rule for double speeds, not sure but i think it maybe.

i m also at same plan but no speed change in safderjung enclave

BTW I migrated from 599 to 999 plan in february.

And it may sound weird but actually I had line problem back and used to get disconnections but I accidentally put my phone receiver aside and from that day I hasnt faced a single disconnection (my MTNL phone is purely for net)....Hope it help those with MTNL line problem and nothing is happening from MTNL side. Just take your receiver from phone and put it aside :ohyeah:
 
Seems my MTNL connection is currently on steroids. Speeds touching upto 5 Mbps :hap2:

^^ that 5 MBps spike is probably an anomaly. You will see this thing happening in many bandwidth meter sometimes..My meters sometimes jump to 10 mbps which my modem can't even handle lol..
 
^^ True but i did get torrent speeds of 250-350 kBps constant for some time :P

which does mean that i did get pumped up speeds at least for some time frame.

don't warry mate, ur speed will get doubled eventually as many users are experiencing double speeds, and it is most likely to happen in Delhi coz mumbai users got it too..

i just found out that my speeds have been doubled :P
 
im on airtel iptv and i give rs999 every month for dumb hardly visible 576i picture and an internet connection with 36 jitter and 5% packet loss <.<
only good thing about airtel was their service, used to be within 4 working hours and is now 3 working days! :[
