MTNL Triband issues since yest

Same here, i was supposed to get 2mb per second, but hardly i can get around 1mb per second....... MTNL is really lazy complained twice now, but nothing from their side. :(
 
My download speed is now 40kb earlier it was 250kb have complained many times nothing happend
 
MTNL Mumbai users.. those who are facing connectivity issues for past few days with net not working even when modem shows its connected needs to switch to Google dns or opendns. MTNL dns was down yesterday and glitchy for past few days. Just confirmed this with at least 7 8 different people from all over Mumbai.

yes shripad is right.....the mtnl dns was definitely down.....my friend was not able to browse any site.....but as soon as i switched dns to google dns everything was fine
 
yeh mtnl dns was down i was also facing same problem.it was problem wit 59.185.0.50 dns the other dns of 0.23 worked fine for me
 
Complained many times they only say internet to chal raha hain ??? Where can it be escalated ?
 
Frist contact your local Exchange . catch hold of the head engg...every exchange has one... if they dont listen....call up 197 and get nos of their superiors...they are more than happy to give the nos . at least i got a DGM's no here in vashi. and sorted things out with MTNL.
 
I am facing a similar problem since today morning... If I start downloading then, after 2 minutes speeds starts tumbling down and net disconnects.. Have to reset the modem..and same thing again.. :o
