My 3G got limited to 1 Mbps

did not work...closed the BSNL software fired up MDMA still its showing "detecting mobile device....." nothing happens after that...i dont know what to do after that.

Yeah we all in south should complain...the bsnl site is very confusing if someone could get the details of nodal officer in tamil nadu that would be helpful.I contacted 1503 number the guy said they are working on the tower or something...i dont believe in these call center guys...he did not even give me any complaint number just told me to call on monday :mad:.
 
Only if everyone here makes a complaint to the nodal officer, the issue will come to highlight.

Say you are from Tamil Nadu then mail to your state nodal office keeping in cc officers of Andhra, Kerala, Karnataka and like wise.

I guess supra had posted a link for the maharashtra circle nodal office and i had mailed to him and had promptly (in like 2 days) got a call from someone from BSNL about the issue.
 
No issues from Surat, GJ. Getting the same speeds as before. Used to get ~250kBps with the 2G sim card and the E122 modem. Getting the same now. Just confirmed by putting a torrent for download.

Perhaps some maintenance issues. Should be back to normal in a few days' time.
 
Supra...I am facing the 110KBPS for like 30 days now and have registered multiple complaints:( No result still

110KBPS looks prehistoric compared to the 600KBPS I used to get:(

Tell that speeds are capped to 1 or 2 Mbps as per your QOS when promised spped should be 7.2 Mbps ! Pour your hearts out.

Also find the nodal officer in your circle and drop a mail or call them up. Put a CC to BSNL CMD also. Please question why BSNL suddenly removed all the unlimited plans ! Threaten to file RTI

From last 3 days here in Hyderabad..my speed got reduced to 120KBps ..before that I used to get more than 450KBps..interesting thing here is recently I took another 3G sim in which I am getting normal speeds..
 
Yup man...BSNL has played with our emotions big time:(

MY HF account has been totally wasted and i hold and give full credit to BSNL for this:):)

^^ HF is 100% useless now anyway ! After DMCA raised a case against it all links are dead , forums r nt using it anymore....lost my 1k ...had gt a 6 mnths a/c :mad:
