Thanks, but i do not have any warranty. HCL give me a total overall 1 year warranty. So if you say i need to contact them, i have to pay little bit extra or i have to contact any private expart.

Where should i get the serial no. HCL does not give any prove as it is an intel motherboard. I open my cabinet and there is a label showing a picture of motherboard, there i found the name of the motherboard DG31PR. Then i search the internet with the product then i find it is a Intel product. Even at the time of Post the display showing HCL motherboard and lintel chipset. "HCL Best Assured" logo appeared on the full screen and the small 'Intel' logo on the bellow left hand side.

And i do not have any prove of the motherboard of intel, No manual, No Invioce,No cable(IDE) Nothing. Even "HCL Best Assured" is printed on the motherboard.

I download the product guide from the internet.

And one mote thing my cabinet is not an ATX, it is thin cabinet. it is only 3.5 inch in breath. So my inside is too jam with the cable and other devices. I upload some picture of my cabinet , front view and side view.

There is 24 power cable connection on the motherboard as usual, my in my case the connection is bellow hdd. if i want to unplug the first i need to remove the HDD from its place. There is one and only a single CPU fan in my cabinet at all which is damage every 5 or 6 month. And the PSU is also low output. I think I need to change the cabinet and smps. What did you say. If your answer is yes then please suggest me some band or model number, There is too many model in the market, I am totally confused about it.

My system temparature is too much about 72 degree. How to cool it down. Is it also motherboard problem.???????

Oh! i forgot to say one thing that i check today morning. that i told about a problem, When i entered to bios hardware monitoring page my computer getting hang. Thanks friend Thank you very much, After update the Bios that particullar issue is gone. I entered the page today morning but it does not hang, The fan speed is showing continuously, . it Update the speed every second. As it show the speed stated with 937 rpm then it increase to 2172 rpm within 6 minute. but some time it show N/A or sometime more than 1,60,000. But when i observe the fan it moving continously at the same speed . But yes it is moving at 1/4th or its original speed. And i saw the case at my previous fan when fan stop moving the computer take auto - restart.

Firstly.. are you looking to fix your issue or buy a new motherboard, PSU, cabinet, etc.?

1. It looks like your sensor is busted, which is not a major issue.

Get a fan with a molex connector or get a 3-pin to Molex converter like this: http://www.ebay.in/i...=item3cc3d5de28 . This way you bypass the motherboard header and connect directly to the PSU.

2. Also, please tell me what temperatures you're seeing in Realtemp.

Get Prime95 . Unzip to a location. Run prime95 > Click 'Just Stress Testing' > Click 'In place large FFTs' > OK.

Now check Realtemp temps till it stabilizes after a few mins.

3. Motherboard temperature can refer to your chipset. Its fine upto 104 deg C.

4. Your rig's power consumption :-

> Motherboard + Proc : 100W

> HDD/ODD/peripherals : 50W

> Total : 150W

Now does a 250W PSU look less to you?

OK , I update the BIOS Yesterday night, After that it was OK till today morning, but when i open my computer at today eavning, i mean now then i got a BIOS error massage about the date, the massage gone before i read properly, Because i am not ready to ready to read some kind of massege. The effect is my system date showing now 1st january 2005 12 am, now what ?

Is the error massage i used to get every time i open my computer from now On ? Or there is any gateway to bypass the problem?

Set your system date. It probably got reset after the BIOS update.

If the error shows up again, change your CMOS battery.

Look friend i do not know much about computer hardware, So one more question, How did i know which plug is 12v from the smps. there is two extra pin one have 4 pin and the other i do not know that pin packed bellow my hdd. Once going to see the pin but i did not able to pull it out from there. To pull it i need to 1st remove the card- reader then 2nd the hdd then i will able to pull it in front (hope you see my cabinet picture).

I want to know this as you say i am going to bypass the CPU fan to the PSU.

Can i connect the CPU fan to any other fan header. I saw there is two more fan header one is front panel fan header and the other is rear panel fan header.

Should i change the Cabinet, So that i can put an extra fan on cabinet to cool down my system temperature.

One more information.

My computer is just 8 to 9 feet away from the road side window, so there is planty of dust came to computer. I used to clean the inside of the cabinet in every month, i do not used to unplug any component in the cabinet just open and clean the dust with blow and brush. So as a result much more dust pull by my fan because the fan area is directly open in my cabinet.

So my question does this dust make my die or it realy my motherboard fan header?

And thank you for the BIOS informetion, i do not know that system date is reset after a Bios update.

One more question, As you know that my CPU temparature is about 43 degree and my system tempareture is 70 to 72 degree . Should i change the CPu fan as it is slow down or i wait for it's death.

There are two ways, you could either use this system till it dies or you could buy some new components.

If you want to buy new components for your computer what is your budget and what is that you are looking to buy ?

Do you want a new system including the motherboard + processor + RAM, powersupply, cabinet ?

Once you have decided your budget and requirements you can post it here. Or alternatively it would be better if you could go to the PC buying help section and state your budget and your requirements by filling out the template which has been made a sticky in that section which would surely help you in getting better options.

I am not telling about the system, i telling about the CPU fan which i have to purchaces in every 6 month. I know i made a mistake by buying HCL pc but what should i do now.

Today morning i also get the bios error masage , CMOS time not set.

If i change the CMOS battary , Any risk of lost Bios setting . What should be my prevention?

you shud probably get the mobo replaced...save a lot of time and money...getting a motherboard RMA'd / repaired can be time consuming...& expensive..

changing cmos battery will reset all the old bios settings to default. then its just a one time procedure to change clock time, boot device priority etc.

a dead cmos battery will be of no use since after every boot your bios will be reset to default. its better to change the battery if you know that the battery is dead.

If the CMOS time has been reset, your BIOS has already been reset to defaults. It doesn't matter, you were probably running on BIOS defaults anyway.

1. You only need to look for the molex 4 pin connector :

2. All fan headers are probably off the same controller, so if one is bad the others are probably bad too.

3. Is your fan clogged with dust? Is the dust stopping the fan from rotating?

4. Your CPU temperature is 43 at idle, and 76 at full load. 76 is above the max allowed temp of 74. It would probably trip and shutdown at this temp. So yes, you should look at changing the fan or heatsink to keep the CPU temps in control. The motherboard temperature is not important at this point.

When i clean the dust the get get some speed, so i think it may be dust, but i am not sure about that, I never heard that dust die a fan.

One more thing, yesterday i go to a computer shop to refill my cartridge. they used to sell computer parts and ready computer. They suggest me to use Intel original CPU fan instade of Cooler master original or dublicate. I use Cooler master, As my motherboard is Intel. Should i go with them?

What your opinion.

Makes no difference.

Dust can clog up a fan. I assumed you were cleaning out the dust from the heatsink as well. Post a pic of how bad the dust is.
