i saw a LG ad today for thier LCD TVs.. and i think they were giving some HD DVD player worth 11k with a LCD TV worth 75k..
 
congrats on the nice tv ! this same one is used at a ganesh temple here in pune near my place by the security team :ashamed:

they have dvi to hdcp/hdmi converters he can use i think
 
I compared LG, Samsung, Sony, Sharp and felt Samsung had the best display. Sharp was the cheapest in the 32" range for 65k but it wasnt HD ready or anything, Sony also was giving some problems and for no apparent reason they had some old model on display and LG meh....

I saw this TV with a Set Top box and the quality was absolutely amazing with really "OMFG" quality...and also since it got HDMI input i got it..
