'Unfair' expectations
A major concern among trainees is the uniform syllabus across roles with vast salary differences. Previously, hiring exams were tailored to job positions. System engineers — who earn around Rs 20,000 per month — had simpler exams compared to specialist programmers, who earn nearly Rs 70,000 per month.
Now, system engineers must pass the same tough exams designed for high-paying specialist roles, leading many to question the fairness of the system.

Esp. a co. judging a candidates talent and expertise merely on the basis of some trash aptitude test as if they are conducting some entrance test for admission to their pvt. crap university.
I have always been against such baseless bs tests unless the role actually requires serious analytical base but yet judgements on aptitude tests is literally a kiddish approach.

I have exhibited this live in one of my ex-cos. in the past where for a few positions the co. wasn't at all able to secure any candidature been 8+ months.
It was only when I started interviewing candidates and selected 5 within 4 weeks purely on the basis of their live technical kb and approach and not judging them by any apti and excel exams as the role doesn't requires such tests to be passed.
And my decision paid off as they were the right candidates for the job. Just imagine in these 7-8 months how many truly deserving candidates lost this opportunity?
And daily thousands and lacs of such candidates get rejected globally due to such wrongful hiring approach.

Every position requires a slightly different approach. But dumb co.s care less and end of the day hire dumbass people mostly then spend heavily to groom them/training par etc only to learn that few of them either leave or abscond and join elsewhere.

Back in 2011 to 2013, my wife joined Infosys as Senior Database Analyst after showing a fake exp of 3 years and used to get 40k per month. They used to call her in the middle of the night by telling her that onsite members have called and since our night means their day right, that's why. She used to work from 9am-6pm every day then again sometimes from 2am-5am in the mornings.
My wife's team has 4 members where 3 members work hard but 1 male member does not attend regularly by saying that his paternal grand mother died & maternal grand mother died. Team Leader nor Manager cared about that guy or asked about him though they used to make other 3 work day & night for the projects to end before dead line. Infosys is a shitty company.

She got spondylitis problem just for 2 years of IT job after which she joined in Govt Job. Even now she is getting pain in her lower back and ribs. Yesterday she went to Chennai for a visit to Vijaya Hospital and the doctor told her not to drink Coffee anymore.

My sister used to work in Patni Computers from 2000 to 2010 and their salary to work hours are indeed superb.
