@yugaaa TN's out of state migration have reduced a lot compared to earlier times. Didn't mean it stopped fully.
Migrants from eastern side of India are working in TN a lot now.
~12% of Kerala population is now migrants mostly form north and eastern regions. There is a reported outflow of ~42K crores p.a. from that state to other states due to this.

Back in 2011 to 2013, my wife joined Infosys as Senior Database Analyst after showing a fake exp of 3 years and used to get 40k per month. They used to call her in the middle of the night by telling her that onsite members have called and since our night means their day right, that's why. She got spondylitis problem just for 2 years of IT job after which she joined in Govt Job. Even now she is getting pain in her lower back and ribs. Yesterday she went to Chennai for a visit to Vijaya Hospital and the doctor told her not to drink Coffee anymore.

My sister used to work in Patni Computers from 2000 to 2010 and their salary to work hours are indeed superb.

Its a very common scenario with most IT service companies. Management does not know the ground reality and neither knows how to run the show, its like jab tak chalta hai chalney do.

China is automatizing so fast, now USA is copying (amazon robotic warehouse, etc.), with the kind of industrialists here, wondering when we will reach such a phase.
