Car & Bike Need Advice for Complete ICE Setup in my Scorpio.

hey guyz,i own a 09 Scorpio VLX & as you all know the stock stereo is not upto the mark,so i'm planning for complete ICE setup but i don't have any idea about that.i already tried registering on t-bhp 3 times but they are not letting me in.
so,thought of posting it here.
budget is around 40-45k that should include.

HU 2 DIN Preffered
Front Compos
Rear Coaxs
a 4 channel amp for fronts & rears
a mono amp for powering the sub
at last a 12" sub

waiting for suggestions..

i dont understand car audio but i can give the number of this guy who is great.

i got my own car audio from him and i am very satisfied

another suggestion is to pm and ask toolius abt car audio setups or pm low bass maker
