I am thinking about buy a DELL monitor... Thinkin... I have collected enough money... Just waiting for some good DELL deals... Anybody with coupons/discount code then please share it with me... i am lanning to buy from DELL India only and not outside...

Also what are the best prices peeps have got for DELL 2407 :p...

People talk about employee pricing being upto 5k lesser. I tried but couldnt find...

I guess right nw Burnz got the best deal 40k all incl...

yep, thats it. Think there are no discount coupons. Anyway a default 14k discount code is alreay applied on the 2407 when you get the quotation. So no chance of adding another. Anyway, if you know someone in Dell, you can try through them. Think soulfire managed to order the 2007WFP for 25k. maybe he can tell you how he managed it.
 
there are no discount coupons for india. u get evalue codes which are crap n dont work.

but here in india, only cause its india you can bargain on the phone. i know several friends who have done it. just tell them your budget n tell them u want for this price n they reduce.
 
i had spoken to dell, for a lappy, i told her i would like a discount coupon she told me to mail her back on her email id which she had contacted me from and request a discount coupon and she would do something about it. so i guess you can try that.

Hmmmmm....Me also thinkin... Maybe they will give a disc. if 2 are ordered. :eek:hyeah: Another GO possilby? And I have a feeling the biggest discounts are gonna come around Diwali.
 
^^ Umm, well Dell does waive off tax if you can bargain well.

But then, employee discounts are much larger, just find somebody working in Dell ;)

my friend negotiated around 14k & no tax for a inspiron 9400. just ordered a single laptop.
 
Was going to order the 2407 in a day or 2. But is it possible to get a discount if we Buy in groups. Like Me, wolff, switch and hummer.;) ;). btw burnz got some kind of discount over his 2007.
 
just had a chat wid dell sales rep...my config came fr aroud 85k..wid a core 2 duo...2ghz proccy...7900gs...etc etc....... taxes can b waived if delivered in delhi only ..thats what he said... 14k discount is not possible..he ll call me again within half an hour after talking to his manager in wha discounts he has to offer..
GUYS I M BUYING A NOTE BOOK

ohh i forgot to add

about employes purchase dicounts...the bill ll b on employees name..& the employee has to b on payroll of dell nt on contractural basis.. the sales rep i was talking was a contractual employee.........and yes its a good discouont he didnt say how much though!!!!
 
:) Actually you get a 30% discount on the factory price of the product. For a product worth 26k you can get maybe 6k discount..
However u are allowed purchase of only 4 products a year per individual..
My friend is on dell :)
