CPU/Mobo Need help 'assembling' my PC

Hardly makes much of a difference where you plug it in. I think if you connect to the motherboard headers, and your fan supports fan control you can control the fans.

Sorry I missed it in the manual

The pwr fan slot is the only slot which is not controlled by the Asus Q2 fan features.
I guess it means that the fan attached to this slot rotates at a fixed speed.
So i guess i avoid this slot for a quiet pc
