Need help in buying a new HD Ready TV

guys this forum is awesome!
i had after so much searching zeroed in on samsung la40a550(57k for a 40"). Then another thread started on the input lag that made me think about the sammy. But sony anyways was expensive (72k for the s series) and philips, well i haven't seen that yet.
And now have been following this thread closely for a week. TE really boosts ur TQ(tech quotient
) !! Hats off to everyone here!!
looking forward to diwali now, sincerely hoping that the prices fall( dad gave a budget of 50k for lcd and 20k for HT system).
Anyways, from the current philips crop, is there any model 40/42 in this price range?
