Graphic Cards Need help my 580 gtx lightning

I have a strange problem with my 580 gtx Lightning. shows reference values(gpu clock:772 mhz,shader:1544,Memory:1002) in gpuz and MSI afterburner. i had problem with my tx650w(worked without any problem on previous 570 gtx).later fan was not spining inside sent for RMA and brought tx850w v2 now this problem

core:940

shader:1881

memory clock:2090

vcore :+75

iam not able to find any defference running 3dmark 11,unigine 2.5.

even after overclocking 3dmark results shows reference values same with gpuz.

1. After OC you not noticing difference in synthetics.

2. GPU-Z not showing difference of OC'ed values.

For (1) try 3D Vantage.

For (2) view the screenshot when it is stressed. (This is your own risk). Example Furmark.

yes its not showing overclocked values.plus the factory overclocked values of lightning.

just fond on overclock.net it something to do with CBB fix version of mine have change bios switch
