We have a front loading Siemens washing machine and all you need to do is put in your clothes and the washing powder in the in the separate tray and start it - we use it at 40C temp and 700rpm spin cycles. :)

Of course you first need to attach water supply and a water drain pipes.

We use Henko washing powder for front loading washing machines which is quite good.

i'm serious :)

have a mountain of clothes to wash and i dunno how to use one :(

dot make fun he's in trouble

@sunnyboi: what is the brand/model ?

I have an IFB at home and was using the Siemens at my company's serviced apt.

In both the cases there is a drawer at the top left which you can pull out and put some washing powder (you get top loading special washing powders, even the ordinary surf works well, I prefer the Surf Excel Matic).

The washing powder pack will have instruction as to how much to use.

Open the front door by pulling the door handle in the opposite direction as the door opening direction, and pull out the door. (Thats the simple locking mechanism).

Put in your cloths, dont worry about how you put it. The top loaders are finicky about how you place the cllothes the fronts are easy.

Shut the door close. make sure no cloth is peeking out the door ;)

Set the temperature to normal for normal clothes, high for jeans etc, cold for delicate stuff. Set the timer according to the amount of clothes. For a typical load of 4 jeans, 6 odd shirts n a few other stuff (u know what), a 40 minute cycle should suffice.

I hope it helps, else post a pic of the machine control panel n we can guide.

No rocket science for someone who can do the murdermod. ;)

.....AND...... dont OVERCLOCK the washing machine !! :ohyeah:

Dont overclock     .I guess he will port it and increase the efficiency like his RX, @sunny what is the model

I have a IFB its easy re just set the temp at 45 deg ,put the clothes in .Make sure that you do not load too much just to make sure whether u have not filled too much clothes, just try to rotate the drum inside and check whether there is free movement of the drum them put 2/3 spoons of washing powered and turn it on and the washing mode depends on what type of clothes u have put in.

Btb if u have a option to soak clothes do that first and connect the water hose to the washing machine and the drain hose to the outlet.

Its a LG 5.5KG model...tehre is a tray for soap powder in the top left. it has 3 slots

anyways loaded it half way, punched cotton, 800 and 40*. it says 1hr 20 mins left :|

I think the slots do matter. One for the detergent, one for bleach (if applicable) and one for fabric softener (again, only if desired). If you are worried about your clothes fading out over time, look around for versions of detergents that can use cold water. I use Tide Coldwater and then set the lowest temp setting on the machine. I guess the same applies to driers.
