Waiting for it now

Mine is i5+420M+4GB+640GB+Backlit+6 cell+Win 7 Pro 64-Bit+Mcafee 15months

All for 57K including taxes

Warranty is definitely transferable but not the Complete Cover support outside a specific region. For eg. The Asia Pacific. If you buy the laptop from Sgp, you can have the CC transferred to India or any other country within the AP region but not transferable anywhere outside.

Just go for it, its an awesome deal at 52k and even the warranty can be easily transferred to india just make sure that you dont opt for any extra warranty like complete cover or extended warranty as only the standard 1 year warranty can be transferred.
