Has anyone tried any of these cordless massage guns available in amazon? Do they really give any relief?

Looking for a cordless one preferably, or else can go for a corded one if it works well.
All those 5-star ratings are a little bothersome to understand which one is good.

Edit: Felt awesome using those massage chairs in malls, so I'm wondering if these guns can give similar relief.

Your best bet is to understand how they do the job and experiment with what works for you.

Some of them have a globe that vibrates others have studs that punch in.

Barbers strap one on their hand which acts as a pad as the gadget vibrates.

Nothing beats a real massage and just soaking in a hot tub.

I have the corded version of Dr Physio Supervolt https://amzn.eu/d/gLtrXxY and me and the missus definitely do find some "relief" depening on which part of the body it's used on ( Upper Back and legs), but studies say that percussion is not the best thing for muscles so figure that bit out.

Yes, I want to know if they're really useful, if anybody here bought them.

Yes, these days every shop has that strap one. While we feel good, the person doing the massage with it, will have a little bit of hand pain and also, it is a corded one.

Ya, I agree...But not always possible I guess.

I think i read somewhere on reddit that some of these massagers are actually female masturbation toys marketed as massager for keeping it discreet when any girl orders it online.

There's a dick shaped one and a dolphin shaped massager which obviously are those toys. Just beware what you buy online.

It's because our banner govt banned sex toys like 5 years ago. Before that they were marked as sex toys openly.

i've got pretty busted shoulders, and they've got these percussion guns at the gym with countless attachments, after a workout my shoulders generally feel locked up and uncomfortable, with an extra hand (if you're not excessively lax in your joints) they can be pretty relieving. cheers.

edit: note that i've tried cheap knock-offs that my dad had bought over time, and they have a weak-bleak motor, they're a nothing-sausage. if you do get one, get a nice one. i don't recall what the ones at the gym are called, but they cost a pretty penny. stay flexy.

I have no idea how effective these massage guns are or should these be used at all. Generally, things which are easily available in public domain offering treatments and relief without any expert's supervision are totally pseudoscience and sometimes downright dangerous. @tobaccocat busted shoulders? That doesn't sound good. I hope everything is fine.

@powervgx got smacked in the face while attempting to bench a pr, it's been a couple of years. as far as the percussion massage gun goes, i couldn't agree with you more, the management at the gym insists that we don't go trying our hand at it on our own. there have been people being funny with it.
