Need suggestions for touch phone with GPS and WiFi around 10k

Hey Guys
I want to buy a secondary phone with GPS (Voice Navigation which is Free), Wifi and Touch Screen(preferably optimized for finger not stylus).

I was thinking of buying 5230 first, but it doesn't have wifi. It does come with a car kit and Ovi Maps is free for life.
So 5230 is the backup if i can't find a better one.

Budget is around 10k, depends on how much my out of warranty N85 sells for(I'm selling it mainly because I don't like keypads anymore and its GPS voice navigation is not free), and I don't want to put too much money into it.

Also found a few more options, but am not sure if they have voice navigation or not

I need your help in deciding which one to buy as I don't have access to these phones to find out.

if offline navigation is very important, you better get 5800XM or X6. Also check Nokia C6 and E5.
