Need suggestions on cell phone under 10k

Hi Guys,

I plan to buy a cell phone under 10k. Based on the review etc I have narrowed down my options to

1. LG Optimus One
2. LG Optimus Net
3. Dell XCD 35

I had also considered the options
Samsung Galaxy Fit
Samsung Galaxy Pop
LG Optimus Me

but didnt find good reviews on the latter models.

Primarily looking for Android phone with Smartphone features. Good music quality if not great not much into camera.

Kindly let me know which option to go for.

I wana know bro that

1. is there any lag / decrease in performance due to 150mb memory if i use Live widgets, themes ,skins ,live wallpapers ,gaming etc...?

2. Does LG optimus Net get ICS update as Lg optimus 2X won't.
