That's true, but if you pick your PC parts correctly, then there won't be any difference in longevity between a 3L and a 30k build. Performance is not an issue as well, as you can get a quite powerful build under 80k these days, with a GPU and all.I want to go only for Asus Motherboard. Money is not an issue for me
The AM5 route would be better for you then, or you could go Intel (i5 12400 + B760 motherboard) if you're more comfortable with them.
What model PSU do you have? If it's a good and well working unit, then you can skip out on the purchase of the PSU.

The linked motherboard doesn't have wifi, so you'll have to buy a separate wifi card, usually under 500 rs. I use one, and it reaches limited bandwidth speeds.
