You can go with 7600x or 7700x whichever you prefer/have money to spend on. However, whatever processor you buy make sure to get a good cooling solution. Keep in mind that these newer ryzen processors are supposed to run at 90-95C whenever possible unless you use the most expensive AIO/water cooling based solution so don't be alrmed by that.what about processor as in processor also so many of them which 1 to buy

However, I doubt if your usage could ever push 7600x/7700x to beyond 50-60% processor usage for more than a few seconds/minute.
