Need wifi routers to cover a 8000sq foot hospital

Hey guys! I needed to buy wifi routers for a 8000Sq ( approximately 3000sq ft. +2500 + 2500 sq ft.) Building spread across 3 floors ( veterinary hospital). I don't think the number of devices connected will be very high only 20 to 25 devices will be connected. I have a budget of around 25k will stretch to 30k if really worth it . We have panelled false ceiling on first 2 floors . Please suggest some good solutions, I've seen deco x20 ( pack of 3) it seems good with wifi 6 and enough coverage.
I also wanted to ask if keeping routers in the ceiling is a good idea as I'm thinking 2 routers in the ceiling of 1st floor will cover 2 floors ( the first and the second floor)

Mesh routers is your best bet in this range but a central router with multiple repeaters in mesh mode should also work
Any recommendations? I'm looking into deco x20 will put 4 routers in the false ceiling 2 on each floor and i think this should cover 3 floors, they will be hard wired too any other recommendations for a mesh wifi system?

I'd suggest you to go with ubiquiti access points. As yours is a commercial deployment, having each access point with ethernet backhual is a must, so look out for ubiquiti AC lite AP or a similar range stuff + a good managed switch.

What are your bandwidth requirements?
If it's only for using internet, most router/mesh setups will be good enough provided they cover the area well. The best option will be to have a wired backhaul between the mesh routers. You can also look at commercial options from Ubiquiti and yes, some models of theirs come with a ceiling mount.

Have a look at tp-link omada, which gives ubquiti-like software-defined-network (SDN) at cheaper price. The system supports PoE and scales up very well and can cover large builduings. It offers central management of all aps with the omada software or hardware based controller. Adding extra accespints with the controller is very easy.
