Net connection from Cellone

I ve just heard that postpaid cellone connection of BSNL is offering unlimited connection of 115kbps for only Rs 200 , so one can connect his pc to his mobile by a data cable and get the connection.
I don't know whether it is true or not ,please give me info

hi there man i am using airtelgprs which shows 115.2kbs but whenever i check the bandwith its near mere 8 to 10 kbs i have been using it for last 7 months and will be using it as it far more fast(even now) than bsnl dialup.but there are thing which u have to take in consideration before having it is that how network usage in your area as a gprs connection can be accessed only when u have free network or just stare at comp or mobile as i do when i am in township so before trying it ask from the person using it in your locality i would suggest airtel as its rate is mere 99 bucks and vast network while bsnl is running on outdated machinery
 
Well .. downloads speeds may reach 100 kbps .. but brosing speeds will barel cross 40 kbps ....

I'm on Airtel GPRS conn. .. Download speeds go upto 28 KBps (= 224 kbps) ... but browsing speed is mostly around 10-15 KBps (=80-120 kbps) ... on very good days it gets over 20 KBps (=160 kbps) ... but hey ... unlimited for 250 bucks is hard to avoid ...
