OMG..flashing BSLB was a waste of time....since RPC1 is out :ohyeah:

all i want is good burns on 8X media..wint try 12x or 16x soon...
 
^^ it always did...i oversped a DVD-R MCC01RG20 into 8X.....it worked...on BSKB i mean

I cannot make out a darn think from these scans which I see all over CDFreaks forums - is there any nOObies hand held guide to interpreting them - MAN I feel so STOOOPID :blushing: ..... I have many of my own scans but cannot make any sense of them !!
 
yes..but i got shit quality burn the first time....and second time i wanted to burn it at 4X, the writer wudnt allow me..shows some error

if at all i had to burn, had to burn at 8X only.....

I have tht DVD...can post scans if u want

I have had no success with overspeeding of MBI 8x +R media or Edgetec 8x -R with this new BENQ 1640 firmware - when I select 12x in Nero after ticking on overspeed in QSuite 2 the disks burn at 4x. I even tried the MCSE tool for firmware hacking but same problem. I tried switching on/off Solid Burn and WOPC - no luck. Would appreciate any guidance in this regard.....

I spoke to the owner Manoj who is a very young man and he had confirmed he would courier any Media or hardware any where in India. However I doubt he handles expensive hardware.

I have already mentioned to Manoj that someone from Mysore may contact him for DVDs. So tell him where you are calling from. He charged me 21/- for Edgetec 8x -R disks a few dasys back. And 80 for MBI 4x DVD +RW. Manoj opens his shop at 10am.
