71-90K New gaming PC for a golf simulator

Finally up and running for over a week. MB damage seems to have been cosmetic. Now waiting for my new GPU - the 7900xtx Taichi White.

Started as a 80-90K budget with plans to retain my old gpu, but as the plan changed to make it a better build for flight sim in addition to golf sim, final cost landed up to 2.2 lakhs or so :(

Then again, this should serve me for quite a while. 9800x3d, 64gb RAM, 7900xtx. Aorus b650e stealth ice white back connect mb, Lian li hydroshift AIO and the Antec C5 case. MSI 850 psu, Crucial 2tb NVME.

Any suggestions as to where I can get a neat looking 8 pin x 3 extension cable for the GPU?

THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL THE HELP

Yes, you stand to gain around 60% more performance in this game at 4K native ultra with the platform/CPU change alone.

Trus but that's regd fps but what is happening is that VRAM fills fast and then fps drops to single digit figures. From what I read even 16gb VRAM is insufficient for MSFS 24 hence decided to get the 7900xtx
