New Gaming PC suggestion

Well I found the issue is with using DP port. I connected using HDMI cable, now I see MSI logo and can enter in BIOS.
So is it the motherboard DP or the Monitors that causing the issue?
Monitor is LG 24GS60F B, when using DP it shows default 180hz 10bit, cannot change it back to 8bit and with HDMi it's 180hz 8bit.. Anything to do with the 10bit causing the issue?
might be that the bios may not support that resolution or format that's why it wasn't visible it has happened to me multiple times while switching my ps between different televisions and sometimes the other tv doesn't support the particular color space or some other display setting then it just won't show an image

Deepcool Matrexx 55 comes with a type C and I'm trying to figure out where to connect on motherboard. Is there no type C connector on b650m gaming wifi motherboard ?

Hi OP
I have finalised a similar build:-
  1. Ryzen 5 7600 - Rs. 17600
  2. MSI B650M Gaming WiFi - Rs. 10095
  3. 32GB DDR5 - Rs. 9440
  4. WD SN580 1TB M.2 - Rs. 5400
  5. MSI A750GL Gold - Rs. 7400
  6. Lian Li 205M Cabinet - Rs. 5100
These prices are from online vendors taken from pc price tracker. Initially was thinking to get RTX 5060Ti 16 GB but it might be priced around 50K so want to push for RTX 5070. I am confused as folks have said it’s not the best value. I cannot go AMD as I need for AI/ML works. How is your review of MSI B650 Gaming WiFi ?

WD SN580 1TB M.2
why are you going with the sn580 the sn770 is only 600 more and is way faster and has higher endurance too I think.

If you want to buy a new gen Nvidia card then go for the 5070ti that is the only on that has been announced and seems to be worth the price but that would cost you around 80-85k and you would have to book it in advance, the 5070 is basically a 4070 super which is already available for 53k and the Zotac model(56k) comes with a 5 year warranty. We haven't even gotten the 5060 announcement yet so the 5060Ti and the 5060 are going to be announced at least 4-6 months from now and will be available for sale maybe 15-20 days after the announcement so you are going to go for that you are going to have to wait a long time.

There r some issue with MSI boards if u go RAM frequency of more than 4800mhz. But it solved after flashing latest bios. But still has issue with DP port, if used, not able to enter bios.. So many people has it..I still think Intel is very good for productivity and stability.. I chose Ryzen because of its having better gaming performance.
I do not have dedicated GPU yet to check the stability by playing high end games..
I was talking about more like a 6700xt/6750xt for about 18k used, buying anything last gen new without a 25-30% reduction on the price is just not worth it.
There is 2nd hand MSI Mech 6700 XT available which is 2 year 9 months old, which means only 3 months of warranty left. The seller said it's in good condition and quoted final price of 19.5k..
What is your opinion about this offer?

If you can do a hand to hand deal that would be the best otherwise maybe try to for a deal via someone else like the facebook acro admins or zoukart, the price is a bit on the higher side, probably because of the warranty so do check that it has warranty and ask for a proper bill and box and also confirm it with the retailer and try to get the confirmation of the distributor or the service centre as well you can try and negotiate as well try and bring the price down to about 18k or so. Ask for detailed pictures and if possible a video to confirm that there is no rusting or excessive gunk and dust.

Also since you were considering the 5070, you should look at the 4070 super and its benchmarks as well and see the performance at 1440p to see it satisfies your needs, I think it is probably the best value since you can get a new one for about 56k with a 5 year warranty.

I know that earlier I have said that it is not the best to buy a brand new 40 series gpu but when I reconsidered it there are a lot of benefits to it like you get a brand new card, complete warranty, a much better DLSS4 upscaler at in comparison to FSR at least for now and most probably the future as well and you do have the option to utilize frame gen which works much better at higher fps.

The offer is local.. 30km from my place. I can visit directly to his location. He showed the bill, and i checked invoice date. And the retailer is computer bazar from CTC. It all seems ok to me. Only to check, is the GPU condition to work..
Within 3 months the warranty period will be over.so in ur opinion , putting 18k if the seller agrees, will be the best buy?

New
Sapphire pulse 7800 XT is 45.5k.
MSI Ventus 4070 super is 55.5k.
Is the 10k difference worth it? Besides my only concern with 4070 super is the VRAM. It seems low for the newer and probably for upcoming games.

It is. Hardware Unbox showed that lower VRAM cards will age poorly even if they are better in raster.

Yeah the 6700xt is a great raster card it is even better than the 4060ti at times in pure raster but only that pure raster don't expect much ray tracing performance out of it or for it to have great upscaling, it will be decent but not great as I don't think FSR4 will be coming to the 6000 series cards, that said it is imo the best value at 18k, if you want ray tracing and DLSS at this price you will have to look at the 3070/3070ti which will be more expensive at around 20-24k with a good card and warranty for about 3-5 months but will only have 8gb of VRAM which will be a problem at 1440p, you can still get by at 1080p.

The 7800xt is a great card for its price but why I personally wouldn't recommend it is because of the trend we see in the newer games, upscaling being crucial for a high refresh rate experience, mandatory rt implementation, etc. At 1440p for now and I believe for at least another 3-4 years you shouldn't have much problem with 12GB of VRAM especially with the recent improvements in upscaling technology with DLSS4 in which the DLSS performance mode looks identical to older quality mode even at 1440p without any decrease in the added performance from heavier upscaling and it is only going to get better. Where I worry for the 7800xt is the that there is no word on the newer FSR4 coming to the 7000 series either as it is now ML based and the 7000 series cards don't have much in terms of ML and AI performance when compared to their Nvidia counterparts and even if it comes with FSR4 the quality will be nowhere near that of DLSS which is only going to get better with time. Also the ray tracing performance on the 7800xt is pretty much non existent when compared to the 4070 super.

If we purely look at raster price/performance 7800XT is better choice by about 10% but if when we look at the added features of DLSS, ray tracing and Frame gen that 10% seems to diminish in it's value.

So if you are on a really tight budget and can barely fit the 7800xt in then sure go for it but if you can spend the extra for a 4070 super, if will be a great choice and personally that would be my decision.

Does 2nd hand GPU eligible for RMA as that card is almost 3 year old, something can happen anything, anytime.. I just read the product is linked to original owner's MSI account, from there it should be RMAd and already RMAd product is not. Is that true? I never RMAd so far, so I wouldn't know.
What should I be checked and ask from seller to be on safe bet( I never bought 2nd hand in my life till now)

There is huge gap in cuda cores from RTX 5070 and 5070 ti , so we can expect 5070 super with 16GB VRAM.. But 5070 launched at 60k ,expect brand Cards to be 63k to 70k..So 5070 super will be even higher price..
I'm hardly saving 50k, as I went 1080p monitor instead of 2k, that saved few bucks, so I can manage till 55k tops..

I wanted to compare 9070 XT with 4070 super, what if 9070 xt be better and cheaper than 4070 super. I'll be regretted if I buy super now..

No too sure about the RMA process myself either but I think you can check the website for the product, and its warranty status, you can clarify that with the seller and also ask in a separate thread in the GPU forum from people with RMA experience you will surely get responses there. You should definitely check for rusting especially around the heat pipes or the io plate and white or weird green spots on the backplate, any burn signs or marks on the pcie pad or the power connectors, check for dust and grime, you can't expect it to be dust free but it should be pretty clean for a used card, check the temps on furmark and stability on 3d mark when testing.

the 9070xt is expected to come in around that price of about 50-60k it might even be a little more expensive than the 5070 but probably won't be, I am suggesting to buy the 4070 super if you don't want to wait, if you can wait you definitely should and only buy after comparing them and in the mean time get that used 6700xt.

Do Xerox copy of Bill works? He has full system prices in one invoice so he said he will give Xerox copy. Besides, he doesn't seem lower the price from 19.5k. This is what he sent.

I don't like the look of this this looks like it might have been a mining card or just kept in inventory for sale for too long plus the pictures aren't very detailed, it's quite a high price too they can go for as low as 16k. There seems to be some rust on one of the screws on the backplate too and the pcie slot is also a bit dirty. I am not too sure about this one.

look at this one: https://www.lebyopc.com/product-page/asus-rog-strix-amd-radeon-rx-6700-xt-oc-pre-owned. It is out of warranty but it still seems better.

Check this if it is still available, great condition, under warranty from ASUS till september:
