New Laptop and Used Iphone 2G/3G

hi all, need to buy the following two things..suggestions and offers welcome

1. Laptop - wanna buy a new laptop for a frnd, suggestions plz. config as follows

C2D 2ghz
2gb ram
250gb hdd
webcam, wifi, bluetooth
14 or 15inch widescreen with 1368x768 res
matte body finish
no figerprint reader / face reco req
video chipset which can play 720p movies and light games
OS not required
and warranty

wud prefer dell but their inspiron series has an irritating keyboard (for the Fn keys the function key needs to be pressed...like ALT+Func+F4 for closing windows)...else inspiron wud hav been great...

2. Used Iphone 2g/3g 8/16gb in good condition and preferably black colour.
