New Paypal Agreement for INDIA , HELP !

^ If there is no CVV number, then there is 0% chance for it to work. Even cards which have valid cvv numbers are not working. ;)
 
Paypal doesn't seem to be restricting outgoing payments from PayPal balance yet. I had received some PayPal funds a day or two back and today when I had to make a payment, Paypal automatically used the available balance rather than charging my credit card linked to the account.

So it seems they are yet to start enforcing the new terms.
 
yes, even my a/c has about $1 since 1 March, I have linked my PP a/c to my bank too, but still its not vanished or went into my bank as per the RBI mandate of 7 days.
 
Not sure how many of you received an email from PayPal to take up their survey. I cried foul when I got the opportunity. :|
