don't go for GA-MA78GM-S2H instead go for GA-MA78GM-S3H if u want CPU having 125W TDP. S2H has serious issues with higher TDP CPUs.
AnandTech: Post Cards from the Edge - AMD 780G, NVIDIA 790i, Gigabyte 680i

Well, I dont think anyone opting for a 6400+ X2 or a Phenom 9xxx, would be interested in going with a board having 780G chipset and an IGP; ;)

Possibility, however cannot be ruled out; :P

Sidhu's rig is pretty decent; Add to that a TR Ultima + a 120mm fan [~ <2.7k] and u're all set to overclock the beast out of the E2160; :)

He needs rig for office type work, some gaming, watching and listening movies/songs, etc

its 25k, how will he add UPS, KBD/Mouse, HDD, DVD Writer, Moniter, he is not asking for rig in 40k

@ Robertjohn, Intel platform is wise choise, as U know they r dropping prices every quarter, U will get good 3MB L2 cache wolfdale chip in 113$ soon. Also dont under rate E2160, U will be surprised even @ stocks these chips have enough power, and OCing headroom in future if U need.

GPU: AMD's 780G [Direct X 10] Onboard

RAM Kingston (1 + 1) 2 GB DDR2 800MHz RAM Rs. (1175 x 2) Rs. 2350

XFX/POV 8400GS is 2k acc. to Theitwares. 7200GS will cost 1.7k same performance.

Why U want kingston @ 1175/stick, wastage. Transcend doing gr8 job, mine OC upto 980MHz and these sticks r 667MHz ones.

LiteON is loudy, get Samsung 203B/D if U wanna SATA.

Microsoft KBD is good, soft keys. But big NO to mouse, I have combo, and mouse worked only 1month, it skips too much.

U want looks or functionality ?? Bijli has 120MM fan slots @ front and rear, 120mm fans throw 2x air and 1/2 noise.

Cabinet: good looking cabinet without SMPS Rs. 1000
