Yes, that ia absolutely correct, as correct as the no FUP policy on Reliance plans

Thanks Dude. I am also thinking to take Reliance.... Please tell Howz your overall service experience? Also pls mention Pros and Cons :)
 
Overall service experience as follows:
1. customer service/ comparable to BSNL = sucks
2. Hardly had any downtime, and brwsing speed almost constant. (Pro)
3. They were charging me 500 bucks shifting charge, as I relocated which was not informed at the time of installation. Talked to customer service. no help. So got the connection disconnected.

Overall I would rate them as 8/10.

Also when reliance offers Wimax, Why use Reliance Netconnect ? :S
 
Plans update again...new plans for wimax also up...but when i tried to migrate..they say its not poss ...contacted both CC and Nodal Officer....no replies...CC u cant upgrade from 600 to 1024 and dey give no reason.

Which plans are you talking about ??

On the website i don't see any changes.
 
call cc.....dey will tell u...reliance doesn update online for wimax...but the broadnet plans have many changes...
