Expect ~3.5k for the mobo + cpu. Reason for the low amount is that the Phenom is 2 generations older plus slightly more power hungry and it is a tri core. Also, being an AM2+ model, it will not have DDR3 support. Expect around 800 bucks for the RAM.

prices mentioned in this thread are personal opinions of members. you can sell your stuff for whatever price you feel is right. the prices should only be taken as a suggestion for a quick sale.

These prices which I have mentioned are indicative prices only.

BTW, just went through the benches for your CPU. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/25?vs=406

@5K, finding takers will be difficult with a new Pentium G620 + H61 coming for ~6.5k. Plus 4GB of DDR3 ram ~ 1.3k

If something new costs 6.5 plus 1.3 then old with local warranty of 1.5+ years will sell for 3-3.5 plus 0.5

Around ~3.5K should be ok. However, that is if it does not have any issues and is in perfect condition.
