How much is my laptop (Samsung ATIV book 9 lite) worth?
Specs include 120GB SSD , a AMD quad core processor and AMD radeon interested graphics , its about 4 years old , speakers don't work and battery life is about 2 hours

I have 2 offers for 9k. Same card as yours :-) So you should be able to get the same. 9.5-10k is a tough sell but you may get lucky too.

How much would a PS3 320 GB with 3 controllers , a PS move + camera be worth , it has a hybrid firmware installed (PS3HEN), cuz the disc drive doesn't work , I run backups using multi , no bill only the original box is available

Expect no more than 40k for 2080 and 30k for 2070. 2070 at 30k will have tough competition with cheaper 1080ti on sale which would perform similar or better minus RTX. Only factor going in favour of 2070 is longer warranty.
