With 3 months and a buggy 3080 and with availability of 3070 etc I guess asking rate of 2080ti should be fair at in the50'sNot worth it to be honest. Better to wait for 2-3 months if you can. The performance gap between the 3080 and 2080Ti will definitely go up to 40% as the drivers mature. And there's a 20gb version on the way

We don't have a dedicated Gaming room kind of space in India as required by CV1 and similar headsets from first generations, that would be one of the biggest reason for lack of market !That seems super low, it sells for 16k in UK on ebay, and VR headsets are cheaper to buy there.
