Indeed. As @truegenius mentioned earlier, CH341A-based USB programmers are dirt cheap and worth giving a try.

Used monitors have little to no value these days, people prefer to buy brand new cheap IPS monitors during FK/Amazon sales instead of paying anything more than 5k for an out of warranty 1080p monitor.
If you get anything more than above mentioned prices on OLX, you should offload it immediately. It's best to keep em and use it as a secondary monitor or donate it to a relative.
