Well the warranty could be said as a sweet spot. but still its a 2 year old laptop with old but strong config.

Price it around 20~23k. +/- shipping. Do keep the top offers in line.

The phone will be out of warranty in a month. It doesn't have even 3G either! When 5800's are selling at sub 5k price I think it'll be very hard to find a customer willing to pay 4~5k for it.

3k+shipping will be more appropriate.
