Amazon.com has the Nokia Lumia 520 for 88 USD, surprisingly its available for shipping directly to India.

The phone can be unlocked easily for about $3.25 from eBay.

You can definitely unlock them. It is mandatory for them to put a disclaimer like that, but it would be fine and its not applicable for us in India anyway.[DOUBLEPOST=1375678219][/DOUBLEPOST]

They are very much unlockable. Even iPhones from ATT can be easily unlocked, then why not this? :P
