its not just Eldar, a simple google search shows the same results: the first and the last meego phonedhruvrock2000 said:Not once has Elop said that this is the last MeeGo phone. Eldar.. spreading crap as usual.
If you are ordering, can you order for all the guys that want it here? Together? (of course you'll get your payment)dhruvrock2000 said:Remember that India is not a priority market for high end devices. And i send *might* , things change.
That 92k unit is just something that Eldar said , don't believe everything he says , he hadn't even seen this particular phone till about a week or two back.. He was still commenting on the old MeeGo phone which is now the N950.
Of course he does , what do you think is more important for a NORMAL user , WP7 or MeeGo ? I'd say WP7 ... why ? Coz it has over 23,000 applications already available for it as of now. An average person does not look at the technical aspect of it , all he cares about is.. will it do Facebook , Yahoo and let me chat and play games.RS4 said:its not just Eldar, a simple google search shows the same results: the first and the last meego phone
Why is Nokia keeping quiet about the N9 OS? | News | TechRadar UK
And Rich Green stepping down unofficially means something:

Rich Green, Nokia CTO, takes leave of absence for 'personal reasons' -- Engadget
Its quite clear that Elop wants to shift the complete focus on WP7.
On the Nokia N9 web site is a page that shows you the availability of the phone in various countries. 23 countries are listed, but conspicuous by its absence are some places that you would consider an N9 launch to be a no-brainer like the U.S., the U.K. and India.
India was a latecomer in receiving the Nokia N900 months after other countries did, so it is possible that the country will eventually get the handset.
there isn't any point of high end hardware if it isn't optimized and tapped to it's full extent.unni said:^^ may be that would explain why they didn't go for a high end hardware spec...
