41-50k Noob pc builder Any help?

I am planning to build a budget gaming PC somewhere around 50,000 to 60,000 range. These are the items that I have researched and filtered out into my cart as of now.
MSI H610MDDR5 motherboard
Intel, I 5–12 400F
RX 6650 XT
Crucial 500 nvme 3.0 SSD
MSI 650 watt bronze psu
Ant E sports mesh case
Vengeance 16 GBDDR5 RAM

pS. I already own a Acer 1 80 Hz, 27 inch monitor.

I mostly play games either in high or ultra settings.stuff like ray tracing doesn’t matter to me. I even disable motion blur, most of the times. I plan play some AAA titles (Spiderman, red redemption, GTA5), indie games and FIFA and NBA2K mostly. I was hoping to get some insight on if where I can save some more money if possible.

Pps: as this is my first system build, I was planning to build a new PC rather than going for used parts
 
I am not in gaming but in production. I would prefer to have xmp profile with DDR4 motherboard and coolermaster /deepcool psu. i don't know how much ddr5 will offer boost with h610 and not b660m or z690

for budget build i use asus h610m ddr4, coolermaster psu, ddr4 ram 16/32gb with rx 6600 or rx 6600xt

At this price point I would ideally want to research the difference in ddr4 vs ddr5 for the games you have in mind as the difference can easily be 10-15k based on parts and I would ideally suggest to go for am4 and put more towards gpu unless you're getting a great deal. There was some news that amd is releasing more am4 cpus so their prices might drop further.

i'd recommend an R5 5500, an am4 board with ddr4 ram which will shave some off and add more to the gpu budget.
check out the cart i made up from mdcomputers as a reference

good point. looking on more indepth, there's a corsair p3 1tb for 60 less on same site. should've used that for an example instead of throwing what i saw first.

if 500gb is enough crucial p3 500gb is also there for about 3k, shaving another 2k which can be alloted for other parts. you can also get a microatx board to cut off another 3k

always get 1tb atleast. it is more value for money, higher tbw and often 500gb is not enough.
 
feel like a good amd cpu and that gpu would give added benefits , since options like smart access memory are only available if you have amd cpu and gpu. overall i just simp for amd but thats a good enough build.

I was worried about am4 upgradability factor and i do understand 650w psu might be high for this config i was just future proofing tbh. But I completely overlooked 7600 line of gpus so thanks for suggesting that. Lots to learn still i guess :)

if upgradability is your main focus, then yes am5 is the way to go. best you could get on an am4 now is the 5800x3d which is kinda like the 7600x on gaming performance.
anywho, if your going for the 7600, you'll probably max it out to more than 60k depending on the parts you pick.

Thanks all. I definitely have some clarity on the parts now. I’d switch 6650xt to 7600 as im getting it at same price and definitely a 1tb crucial p3 plus m.2 storage. Might still lean towards the i5 for ddr5 compatibility.

I don't understand the trend of listing mid-high range motherboard with a low range processor. Even the most basic motherboard chipset supporting Ryzen 5000 series can run processor up to 5800x without any issue. It's simply a waste of money to have good motherboard but not good processor to take advantage of it.

Having good motherboard was kind of a requirement back in the days as good VRMs were needed to overclock the processors and/or sustain full load for longer duration of period but things have come a long way since then. These days even the most basic motherboards come with something like 6+1+1 VRM setup which has smoother load distribution and most cabinets are not air starved metal boxes anymore so there is a constant airflow going through the VRMs keeping them cool.
The only use case for a low end processor + high end motherboard that I can think of is in case you will be upgrading the processor soon or if you get the combo as a good second-hand deal.

You will definitely feel that 500GB storage of yours getting full after installing windows + a few games. Lets do some rough maths. 500GB SSD will actually have usable storage of 465GB-476GB out of which 50-60GB will be used by windows OS itself. Minus 10-20GB for additional softwares that you might want to keep on your PC. Minus 200 GB for 4-6 games. You said you play red dead redemption right? Well if you are talking about the 2nd one thats 150 GB alone. You are barely looking at 200GB of space left that is assuming you don't keep any media files like movies on your PC. Get a 1TB SSD trust me.

SLC drives are the best but also the most expensive so it's okay to go for MLC or TLC or for such tight budget like yours even QLC (which is what Crucial P3 plus has).

TLC will do fine too, best of both worlds. Cheap+durable ..
