you can update to NIS 2012.but i will suggest fresh install of NIS 2012.

you can install NIS 2012 trial version and enter serial to make it full.

When I arranged 3 user 2 year NIS keys for 300~400 people complained on PM that it was too expensive :p
If anyone's interested, I can still maybe arrange the same deal, but no promises. I am toooo busy with office work and will do it only on a best effort basis.

i already contacted him yesterday.....he asked me for 48 hours......so you can proceed with payment of Rs 330 and can pay the difference later if he is in with his deal.......or you can wait and make payment after his response whether or not he is able to provide 2 year license for best price......
