Nvidia RTX 3XXX Series announced

it's not just miners are buying the cards, The bigger picture is totally different It all just get together with pandemic situation and many new device's coming at same time
Here is video of linus talking why there is only shortage of some product
I guess the real reason is the manufactures never estimated that there will be pandemic, people have more time and disposable income to spend
And you can't deny the fact that people spent more money during pandemic(Just look at the stock price of amazon during pandemic)

Another confirmation from a well known youtuber as to why the prices are so inflated. Basically retailers are being forced to buy the cards with extra heap of parts only which they can't sell. So the only choice is to inflate the price to get their money back.

BTW I was wondering, if Nvidia is restocking GTX 1050Ti's then what happened to the RTX 2k series? Where did the sudden surplus of GTX 1050Ti's come from?

That is old surplus stock with the distributer which is thrown on the retailer.

this will take weeks or months time - Suez Canal is the busiest route and most of the trade ships go through it

if rerouting takes place they will be going over africa which will result in higher time for shipments and overall cost may increase.

Watch out for Oil Prices in our country over the next 2-3 months
 
I got a RTX 3060 in the same offer. I wish more distributors step up like acro.

The current pricing is pushing gamers away from PC to consoles and this will affect the whole ecosystem...I hope the dealers and distributors realise that

You can take it that way; Trying to avoid making direct comment on any of the Federal moves - last time got the warning and had to face many ppl through PMs for expressing thoughts on Covid-19 handling/lockdown
 
So I went around my local market today and they said that the GPU prices have risen here as well. But the thing is they are selling lower end models at MRP rates lol. Everything is MRP. GTX 1030, GTX 1650 and even the crap like GT 710 something.
I was hoping to find an old store with little customers to try my luck and see if they have any old stock. I'll go again after Holi ends when more shops open up lol.
