Hello, I am in the market for a used RTX series video card. I have been looking to experiment around with AI video enhancing software, and unfortunately they work well only with nvidia gpus. Although 1070,1080 also do decently for this application, they seem to work best with the RTX range due to AI Tensor support. So, I would like to purchase the cheapest RTX series card that any member wishes to sell. Ideally, I would not like to spend more than 25k, but the lower the better. I am in Mumbai, so locally located cards would be preferred. Hope you guys can help.
