Deal finalisation involves token payment. I didn’t meant to disrespect or give preference to anybody since it’s an open forum. I will keep in mind from next time to inform all others if a deal is going through which I was already doing this time also.

This is not cool. You need to make the status of the availability clear with someone whom you're talking to first before making simultaneous deal/payment agreement with another. You can't be talking about finalizing a deal while already accepting someone else's money. You have to make that known. Even if you are somewhat in a hurry you still need to let them know to respond asap or the deal goes. Hence many sellers/buyers use the "in line" method. First to call dibs/shows interest get priority and then the second and so on.

It seems it was "whoever makes the payment first gets the deal" and not "first comes first served." Greedy in my opinion.
 
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I’ll keep this in mind. As it was only my second sale on TE I was not aware of this method. Will make sure to follow this from next time. If I had to be greedy I would have quoted higher prices and get the most value of everything. I thought this is the only way we deal. But now that I have received feedback I’ll make sure to follow the correct process.
