Even now AMD has a tough time doing 10.xy secs Pi 1M, even sub-zero iirc. :ashamed:

Not just intent; he had managed 2.93Ghz on air iirc. :)

He didn't find a 0517- got a so-so one.

Then swapped it with a 0517 DPMW iirc; original seller didn't even know. :P

His chip still lives too afaik, no rma ever. Good cooling and good psu mandatory- hope the newbies realise that. :)
 
Seriously 10.xx s ???
I would commit suicide because its sooo hard to crack 10.xx s even on Phenom II under LN2 :P
