Made it just under 14s after spending some time with the board this morning... so far, I can tell it's not going to be easy with the P5W :P Here are the details:

13.937 - RiO - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3663MHz - stock cooling - 2x1GB Ballistix PC2-8000

 
Man, your sig is soooo right... I don't think I can squeeze anything more outta the stock cooler :D

Good effort Rio , especially on stock air cooler.

Whats the Vcore and Vdimm values ?
 
vcore 1.55v | vdimm 2.2v | vmch 1.65v

Btw Funky, did some quick cable management and MB temps dropped to 42 C - still a bit high, but better than 48-49 C :D
