I require few rechargeable bulbs and not able to find in nearby shops, so amazon is the way to go for.

I had a chat with amazon, and they said we have to ring or contact bajaj, wipro etc. brands directly but I'm unsure what after contacting them.
Do we need to carry the bulbs to their service centers to walk-in or do they ship us the replacement upon furbishing the amazon invoice.
Has anyone ever replaced online purchased bulbs with the brands earlier who can clear my confusion.
