Online bulb purchase query

I require few rechargeable bulbs and not able to find in nearby shops, so amazon is the way to go for.

I want to know how the product warranty for bulb works.

They mention 1 yr warranty.

I had a chat with amazon, and they said we have to ring or contact bajaj, wipro etc. brands directly but I'm unsure what after contacting them.

Do we need to carry the bulbs to their service centers to walk-in or do they ship us the replacement upon furbishing the amazon invoice.

Has anyone ever replaced online purchased bulbs with the brands earlier who can clear my confusion.
 
Hey, did you ever get any information about how to replace a burned-out bulb that you bought online? I'm in the same situation. I bought several Syska LED bulbs, and most of them have burned out within a year.

Replace? Repair is the way. Check many popular online diy methods.
 
I bought a halonix iot fan kit which failed within warranty. I contacted their customer care who said that i needed to contact the retailer, and they really don't have a process to handle ecommerce cases. The guy eventually sent me a replacement but I'll have to credit his initiative for that
For bulbs etc i don't think there are dedicated service centers and the retailers selling are supposed to take care of this for most companies

i think so, as retailers in Mumbai area too insist to get signature on LED bulb/tube and provide replacement if failed in warranty period.
