Saturday - Round 2 Set-1 and first three matches of set-2 (5:30PM onwards)

Sunday - Last three matches of Set-2 Round 2, and Final Round (Set-2 to be concluded before 3PM, final match after 5PM)

All okay with this? I cant accommodate everyone, please be available.
 
I told you this many times before I cant come online on 21st after 4PM. Please make sure that you complete whatever you want before that. I don't think it can be a problem.

Now for the final round please keep it on Monday Or next Sunday as per your original plan.
 
The tournament has to end on 21st irrespective of anything. The final round has just one very very long race, whearas Set-2 has 10 races.

2 days and 11 races, I think its very much feasible considering a race doesnt take much time. Timings shoudnt clash with the DotA Tournament.
 
what about late night races ?

can we keep the races after 11 ?

at this time everyone should be available :)

If group members A or B are free in this week (day/night), kindly be online on Hamachi in that free time, so that the Group (once collectively present) can communicate with the Mod and finish their official races. I for one am free on most weeknights, Group B members are free to contact me via Hamachi.

Also, kindly discuss if a better LAN client than Hamachi can be used to improve communication. Someone here suggested Gameranger, would like to give it a try.

My phone went dead but it seems my 3G gets 100 ms ping to indians, which is awesome :ohyeah:
 
Guys, I just tried Gameranger. Had 4 zero-hassle races with people from Venezuzuela within the past 20min (time includes download and installation of client). Because gameranger is that fast! Eg:

Step 1: Join a room

Step 2: Press on host button. Gameranger will automatically launch the game for everyone in that room and bring them to the main LAN-game lobby within 10sec.

Step 3: Race.

Then keep repeating from Step 2. Incase you are a joinee, then just Step 1 and 3 are enough initially, thereafter only repeat step 3 :P

Another bonus: It has a proper messenger client like Steam and unlike hamachi, it even shows game info of every friend.

Would suggest everyone installs it.

Some may ask, why not tunngle then? Thats cause tunngle is nowhere near as hassle free as gameranger!
 
Gameranger works quite good. We will be using it henceforth.
