There were many types of customers available online:
1. Just purchase and do an unboxing video for youtube and then return.
2. Purchase to do fraud online by returning the wrong product, then failing to do so. (maximum percentage)
3. Purchase product then not satisfied with that and return.
4. Due to amazon policy. Previously amazon's policy was 7 days return policy now amazon started 7 days replacement policy. So now if a customer wants to return a product after not being satisfied, then the first customer has to apply for replacement and then return. So previously there was 1 open box for 1 return order and now for a single return order, we are getting 2 open boxes.

There was a BIS issue on new wifi products, that's why the new model is not coming till June 2022.
